This one had me thinking…

The location is perfect for exploring Manhattan, just a three-minute walk to the L train. My room came with an unexpected balcony, and the view from the fifth floor was stunning! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making my stay delightful. Great food options nearby only add to the experience.

I truly appreciated the wonderful balcony and the exceptional staff, who always checked in to ensure my experience was satisfying.

Staff were super helpful, and I loved the airy, spacious room with good AC. Noisy industrial area at night.

City view delivered unexpected joy

The hotel's proximity to the subway was perfect for my adventures. I loved sipping coffee on the balcony while soaking in the vibrant skyline during sunrise.

Unfortunately, the room lacked some fundamental amenities, like a mini fridge and proper insulation, which made for a noisy night alongside the elevator.

I truly appreciated the modern décor and cleanliness throughout Nova Hotel Brooklyn. The large windows allowed plenty of natural light, which made the space feel bright and airy, enhancing my overall stay. The staff were so helpful, especially with my luggage.

A mini fridge would be a great addition.

The staff consistently demonstrated politeness, making the stay pleasant, and the elevator issue was handled well with assistance carrying bags. The room was clean, with excellent shower pressure and a generous supply of towels, complemented by a variety of comfortable bed pillows. However, lacking basic amenities like soap and hair straighteners was inconvenient. Additionally, not having a phone number to contact the hotel led to frustration when trying to extend my checkout time.

I stayed in a spacious room with plenty of room for a travel baby crib. A nice bathroom that included a mini fridge and microwave. There was lots of free parking right in front and a great view of downtown Queens. The staff were super accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed.

Free Wi-Fi was handy, and the 24-hour reception was convenient. Room was a bit noisy.
